SART 和 CDC
美國輔助生育技術學會（SART）和美國疾病控制與預防中心（CDC）是提供美國生育醫學診所成功率的獨立資源。從1988年起，SART持續不斷地記錄並審核著IVF診所的成功率。從1992年起，美國政府規定IVF診所必須將其成功率的數據報告給CDC。在美國的IVF診所中，約有80％是SART會員。而在美國的IVF週期中，約有95％記錄在SART數據庫中。
診所的安全出生率
對於考慮捐贈卵子代孕的準父母，SART數據庫允許他們搜尋IVF診所的安全出生率，其數據基於具體流程（捐贈卵子代孕）和希望移植的胚胎數。但CDC數據庫不會提供這些篩檢條件來幫助比對數據。
所有IVF診所中，ORM擁有最大、最成功的捐贈卵子代孕計劃。
在2017年，ORM完成的所有捐贈卵子代孕冷凍胚胎移植週期的病例數佔全美總數的10％以上。
